Martin Kim | General Manager & Korea Managing Director
Martin brings an elite sports pedigree to the club, having served key roles and functions for the Los Angeles Dodgers, Major League Baseball & Gen.G Esports. A specialist in international market entry, he was instrumental in expanding the Dodgers' commercial footprint across Korea and pioneering the intersection of traditional sports and high-growth digital industries. He now combines this high-level commercial strategy with a lifelong passion for elevating Korean sports on the world stage leading both Korean GC and LIV Golf Korea.
Martin oversees the overarching commercial strategy and global expansion of the club. He serves as the primary bridge between the Korean market and international golf entities, leading both the Korean GC and LIV Golf Korea initiatives.
Kelli Bowers | Head of Team Operations
Kelli’s leadership is rooted in a lifetime of elite competition, from winning four consecutive state titles to starring for the University of Washington women’s golf team. After a successful run in the professional ranks on the Symetra Tour and years spent coaching at the collegiate level, she now applies her deep technical knowledge and organizational precision to lead our club’s operations.
Kelli manages the club’s structural integrity, applying technical precision to player support systems and operational logistics. She is responsible for building and maintaining the competitive infrastructure that enables the team to function as a high-performance system.
Alexis Linam | Senior Manager, Marketing & Communications
Alexis is a powerhouse marketer who understands the game from the inside out, having been a multi-time individual medalist and record-holder at Grand Canyon University. Her transition from a decorated collegiate career and a stint in the professional ranks to sports marketing allows her to craft brand strategies that resonate authentically with competitive golfers and luxury partners alike.
Alexis leads the club’s brand identity, overseeing all public relations, social strategy, and luxury brand partnerships. She translates the club's performance into a narrative that resonates with fans and sponsors.
Sam Murray | Senior Coordinator, Digital Content
Sam blends creative vision with an athlete’s perspective, drawing on his experience playing collegiate golf at SCAD and New Mexico Junior College. His background as a scholar-athlete and his specialized education in photography allow him to capture the unique rhythm and aesthetic of the Korean Golf Club with a professional, high-definition lens.
Sam is responsible for the visual identity of the club. He produces high-definition video and photography content, capturing the behind-the-scenes life of the team and the aesthetic of the Korean Golf Club.
Baily Strauss | Team Operations & Logistics Coordinator
Baily is a seasoned logistics expert with a track record of executing large-scale sports events for major organizations like the Fiesta Bowl and League One Volleyball. Her ability to manage complex operations behind the scenes ensures that every move the team makes is efficient, organized, and perfectly timed for peak performance.
Baily handles the complex movement of the team, including travel, event scheduling, and on-site requirements. She ensures all "moving parts" are synchronized so the players can focus entirely on their performance.
Kylie Kim | Marketing Manager, Korea
Kylie brings a sophisticated blend of creative vision and commercial strategy to the Korean Golf Club. Holding a BFA from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago and an MS in Sports Business from NYU, she bridges the gap between high-level aesthetics and data-driven marketing. Raised at Korea’s largest golf resort—host to over 80 annual tournaments—Kylie developed an early mastery of sponsorship activations and course operations, including collaborations with legendary designer David McLay Kidd.
Kylie focuses on the club’s domestic growth within Korea. She leads marketing initiatives for LIV Korea, focusing on fan engagement, local activations, and capturing the interest of the "new generation" of Korean golfers.
Jake Waldron | Director of Health and Performance
Jake oversees the physical excellence and longevity of our athletes, bringing experience from high-performance environments like the Arizona Diamondbacks and Grand Canyon University. With an extensive background in human kinetics and sports science, he specializes in periodized strength training and injury prevention tailored specifically for the biomechanics of the golf swing. His data-driven approach ensures that every player is optimized for peak power and durability, both on and off the course.
Jake is responsible for the physical readiness of the roster. He designs bespoke strength, conditioning, and recovery programs specifically tuned to the biomechanics of the golf swing to maximize power and prevent injury.
