Reuben Riffel (right)
One of South Africa’s most celebrated chefs, Reuben is renowned for his warm, approachable style and refined yet accessible cuisine. With acclaimed restaurants and television appearances, he continues to champion local ingredients and showcase South African food on a global stage.
